For the first time in history, they can do just that. Using media -- their computers and their mobile phones -- our kids play, make connections, and gather info about the world in new ways every day. Think about it. They already have the tools they need to discuss, share, and realize planet-changing ideas!

What's our role in this dynamic world of digital media? As parents, guardians, teachers, and friends, we've got an unprecedented opportunity to guide and nurture our children as they explore a changing digital world, and to meet the challenge of helping them become responsible online citizens. With our guidance, our kids will learn how to affect change in bold new ways. That's what Generation Cures is all about!

Generation Cures engages kids across the nation and their families in the fight to raise funds for pediatric medical research. By doing things they already love -- playing online games and watching web-based stories and videos -- Generation Cures kids help to both make sick kids better and keep healthy children healthy. As they watch and play, kids not only get excited about concepts like caring, giving and helping other children but they also learn about science and the fascinating world of medical research.
