Generation Cures - make it better

Great things happen when high school students and teachers get together with doctors and researchers at Children's Hospital Boston. Research is explained. Ideas are exchanged. And, new games emerge!
Games?
Through our Game for Good Design Camps, teams of students and teachers work together to develop new concepts for games inspired by the science behind pediatric medical research. The goal of this ongoing project-based educational experience is to engage high school students in important science topics -- such as immunology, neurology, and virology, among others -- and apply their knowledge to the development of new learning game concepts. Design Camps help young people explore the big ideas that emerge in our labs and require them to be creative in making that knowledge accessible and relevant to others.
